Here is our standard mowing pricing based on square footage.

There are a variety of factors involved that may increase or decrease the price, but the chart below provides a general guide.

If you don't know the square footage of your lawn area, just call our office and we'll use satellite imaging software to get the exact measurements of your lawn area.

Some of the factors that may affect pricing are:

1. the shape of your lawn and various decorations, trees, hills, etc. 

2. how accessible the lawn is with gate size, fencing and parking areas for our vehicle and proximity to lawn. and

3. whether cleaning up the clippings will be required vs leaving the clippings on the property.

Questions and Answers

1. "My lawn hasn't been mowed for a few weeks and is a bit overgrown....."  -  On the first mow service, if the lawn is overgrown, it can take 2-3 times longer to cut the grass. This first cut may cost extra, but after the first 1-2 cuts, the price will fall in line with our typical charges.

2. "My lawn only takes a few minutes to mow, why is the price $30?" - Our minimum cost for cutting is $30 per mowing service. Even with a small lawn of 300 square feet, we must still charge $30. The vehicles, insurance, fuel and other expenses still require costs and make it important to charge a minimum amount. It also costs for billing, invoicing and customer service.

3. "Can I pay by credit card/check?" - We require a credit card on file. An invoice will be sent the Monday after your service is provided for review and the credit card payment will be processed on Wednesday.
